Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Frozen Pineapple
- 1 1/2 C Ice
- 5 oz (1/2 C + 2 T Aged Rum
- 2 oz (4 T) Cream of Coconut (Not Coconut Cream)
- 4 oz (1/2 C) Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz (2 T) Lime Juice
- Cocktail Cherry (For Garnish)
Recipe
Blend pineapple and ice until chunky. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve garnished with a cocktail cherry and drink umbrellas.
